Change or cancel anytime. You may change or cancel your webmaster plan at any time. Cancellation will apply to future billing periods; payments already made are non-refundable.

Payments are non-refundable. Webmaster plan payments are non-refundable once processed.

One website per plan. Plan pricing applies to webmaster services for one WordPress website. Additional websites require a separate plan.

When your service begins. Purchases made between the 1st and 15th of the month apply to the current month. Purchases made between the 16th and the last day of the month apply to the following month.

Automatic billing. After the initial payment, monthly or quarterly payments are automatically billed according to the billing option selected.

Development time. Any development time included with a monthly plan must be used during the month for which it is purchased. This restriction does not apply to quarterly plans.

Website access. To provide reliable and secure webmaster support, I do not permit additional Administrator-level users to be added to the website while it is under my webmaster plan. Please contact me if another person needs access so we can determine the appropriate level of user access.
